We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Must include all original tags, packaging, and accessories

  • Must be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.


3. Return Request Process

Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product.

Important: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can evaluate and resolve the issue promptly.


5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Perishable goods (food, plants, etc.)

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Personal care and hygiene items

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Hazardous or flammable materials

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to return the original product (after approval) and place a new order separately.


7. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 30 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
