1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays. In case of high order volumes or unforeseen circumstances, dispatch may be slightly delayed. If this occurs, customers will be informed promptly.


2. Delivery Timeline

We aim to deliver your order within 7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your delivery location. Delivery timelines may vary for remote or rural areas due to courier partner limitations.


3. Shipping Coverage

Currently, we ship across India only. International shipping is not available at this time.


4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for customer convenience. Please ensure that:

  • The correct shipping address and contact number are provided.

  • Someone is available to receive the parcel.

Repeated failed COD delivery attempts may result in restriction of COD services for future orders.


5. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping may be available on selected products or promotional offers.

  • Standard shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before order confirmation.


6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS, email, or WhatsApp (depending on the contact details provided). You can track your shipment directly through the courier partner’s tracking portal.


7. Delays & Exceptions

While we work with reliable logistics partners, delivery delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, such as:

  • Weather conditions

  • Transportation disruptions

  • Government restrictions

  • Remote location accessibility

  • High seasonal demand

Zaptokart.in shall not be held liable for delays caused by such external factors, but we will always assist you in tracking and resolving shipment concerns.


8. Incorrect Address or Delivery Failure

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, delivery may fail. In such cases:

  • Re-shipping charges may apply.

  • Orders returned due to address issues will be re-dispatched only after customer confirmation.


9. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If your parcel appears damaged, opened, or tampered with:

  • Do not accept the delivery if visibly damaged.

  • If already accepted, contact us within 24 hours with photo/video proof.

Failure to report within this timeframe may affect claim eligibility.
